Overcome Being Overwhelmed

Too much to do?’

Too little time to do it all?

Too many tugs on your time and your heart?

Have you been wondering: “How can I get it all done?”

Sometimes parents get overwhelmed by all that is happening in life, especially during high stress times – which can happen when one has a busy family life and big work commitments.

Overcoming Being Overwhelmed is possible. Parents can take steps to minimize the struggle.

This will be a LIVE session, not prerecorded, and will be held on Zoom.  You will receive the Zoom link after you register.

This talk will be presented by Jennifer Watanabe, a long-time parent coach and a retired instructor from Bellevue College in Washington state where she taught parenting classes for over 20 years. It will be presented in an encouraging, non-judgmental, non-critical manner.

One important note: being overwhelmed is not the same as feeling overwhelmed. Feeling overwhelmed can be a mental health concern, so contact a mental health professional if that is happening.
